* Please note that Free Shipping is only applicable to customers within the continental United States (excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) and is delivered by FedEx Ground/Home Delivery ONLY.

| Refunds will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. At your expense, you may return any UNOPENED product(s), for a refund, as long as the product is sealed and untampered. The shipping & handling cost for the order is NON-refundable. Please note that if you wish to cancel your order and do so after it has shipped and before you have received your product, there is a 5% order cancellation processing fee for us to send out a call-tag to the carrier. |

| Elastica™ Skin Care is not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Elastica™ Skin Care cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured. |
